Surround yourself with trusted friends who can take care of you. I can't be there for you 24/7 but i will try to be there as long as you need me. Demand a better you. Seek it, pursue greatness and progress in your life. Because that is the only thing that can save you from your misery, get back on your feet. Find your passion, let it drive you.

personal ramblings

Personal ramblings.
Hello there, I haven’t been writing in a while,
Humans are alive and very dynamic. We need to constantly be doing something- there is really no such thing as doing “nothing”, only non productive activity. Personally if I have too much of those days without productive activities, something builds up inside of me. I’ve been having these “attacks” on certain semester breaks and mid term breaks. If I’m not mistaken, this attack began when I was 16, it was school break, I didn’t realize it back then.
The “thing” that builds up inside of me that I’m talking about- the closest feeling that I can relate to is the feeling of anxiety. Anxiety is baad. It builds up negativity. A feeling of hopelessness. All your past negative experiences starts knocking on your door and then I overthink things and it slowly consumes me.
The only way to avoid this is to fill my day with meaningful and productive activities which benefits me emotionally, socially or even spiritually.

fitness advice from fitness amateur.

Today's entry:
The fitness program I am currently following now is called " Insanity program by famous fitness instructor Shawn T. I'm sure you readers have heard it before( especially if your into the fitness thing). I recently learn that this program has been going on since 2009 and I only started using it only since last year. I personally favor this program because of its pretty straightfowardness (is that even a word?). Work hard and you're going to see results. That's what it says anyway.

This program offers me the solution for me to achieve one of my new year's resolution which is to transform my body into the best shape possible. I am not going to be one of those people who you see only going to the gym at the beginning of the year and soon enough they quit because its too tiring. Besides reaping the benefits of getting into the best shape,  I wanted to do something which would challenge me physically ands mentally. That I way, I might be able to get some progress in my life. Tony Robbins once said( I heard it first from him anyway) "change is automatic, progress is not".

Change is going to happen whether you like it or not. The world is going to change. your environment is going to change. Your physical body is going to change. Your relationship with others is going to change. You can't stop it. But progress in your life is something that you need to put effort in. Its not automatic. In my last post I said that 2014 is going to be year of change for me. This is one of it.

So what I learned about fitness and weight loss is that the most important part of it is your diet( foods you consume). For me, I don't believe in starving your self to lose weight. You only need to eat right and exercise regularly. As simple as it sounds, basically that's all there to it. Why not starve yourself you ask? based on my experience and other people's experience that when  you starve your self, you won't last very long. And if do last for quite some time, your body won't be in a great shape anyway. Plus when you stop your diet, you'l gain weight faster than people who eat and exercise right. Other losses include muscle loss. Which leaves you skin and bones( and that aint sexy :/ )

Here's what I think people should focus on when trying to shave off that extra kilos. Your focus should be raising your metabolism. Metabolism is responsible for the rate our body burns calories.

Lost your wallet?

I LOSST MY WALLETT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The step by step in what to do after realizing you just lost your freakin wallet with all your important documents inside.
Step 1
Realize that you lost your wallet try to freakin remember where was the last time you had your effin wallet. Do this while panicking burn yourself out
Step 2
After searching and asking for every person if they saw your wallet, come to terms with yourself- move on and believe that somebody in needy found your wallet and used the freakin money to feed his family ( kalau pilak apa buli buat la)
Step 3
Police report
The first thing you need to do is lodge a police report. This is important because you will need a police report if you want to apply for your new Identification card and your driving license. You don’t need a police report if you lost your ATM card. Depending on the policy of your bank, you will either need your account bank book. (just bring it in case they ask for it. You don’t want to look blur and stupid after wasting a part of your life waiting in line in the bank. For example, BSN may require you to produce your account bank book. I am not sure about the rest. My friend’s experience making a police report was relatively quick.

Step 4
Identification card
When you go to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN), you will need a the following document. ( probably)
·        Cash
·        Police report
·        Patience
Okay, how many cash you might say? This depends on what is written on your police report.
If you lost your IC, for the first time you will be charged rm 110. ( I don’t know about the second time and onwards, so guard your IC like walkin through a boulevard of hungry homeless people with a bucket of KFC in your hands!) Pricy right? But wait, if you are a student,(doesn’t matter primary, secondary, IPTA Uni’s ) JPN will provide a 30% discount which mean you will only have to pay rm 80! See? Life is not always a ***** J
Moving on to the other scenario, If your IC is stolen, They will exclude charging you. This means you get your brand new IC for Free! (which can be quite a hassle when making a police report because they will ask a lot of questions, so unless you genuinely got your IC stolen, just say you lost it, makes the process a lot quicker, unless you are a good son of a liar! )
You might spend 1 to 2 hours and the JPN is always- I repeat ALWAYS full of people, gee, that sucks, you shouldn’t have lost your IC bud. (koto!)
Step 5
Driving licence.
This part is quite easy, you’ll need the following items:
·        Rm 20 cash
·        A Photostat IC
·        Your passport size picture of your sister… I mean your self (Duh!)
·        A whole lot of patience

Filling up documents here is quite simple, in fact the whole process itself takes only not more than 10 minutes. But JPJ is always full of people who suffered the same fate as you. Boo hoo! My friend took a full of 1 hour and 30 minutes at the JPJ. As you can see, waiting really sucks, but what to do.

Step 6
ATM CARD
Just pray that some unintelligent illegal immigrant who found your ATM card or  not your ATM card will be sucked dry.. best of luck! You could always prevent this by immediately going to your bank and cancel out the card.
Anyhows, The process here is also very simple, You just fill out the form(Go to the kaunter pertanyaan or ask any of the officers there to help you). Fill the form, then wait.. and wait.. and wait.. and just do what is required. Depending on your bank policy, just bring your account bank book just in case they require you to produce it. Things you will need :
·        IC
·        Account bank book (probably, just bring it you lazy **********fdf kidding!

And that’s it! This entry I only touch on the important stuff in your wallet. Anyways all of this is really a lot LOT of hassle, so be sure to take care of your important documents, always check your belongings before leaving or going anywhere. Chiausss bye2
Ps: assuming can be bad……….. sometimes.

Hello and good evening Internet( at least where I come from anyway). Anyway, today I would also like to dedicate this blog to record my experience using a fitness program I am currently following.

The fitness program I am currently following now is called " Insanity program by famous fitness instructor Shawn T. Reasons come first, answers come later

First timer
Hello and welcome to my blog! this blog is dedicated to sharing whatever thoughts that my mind can conjure. This is the first time I'm writing a blog because I do believe that writing allows you express your feelings, ideas and opinions. Writing is a process where our thoughts are transform into something which is concrete and visible in a physical sense. Well that's what I think of it anyway.

So, why start blogging? besides the freedom to express my thoughts and ideas, I wanted to improve my writing skills and the only way to do it is by writing more :) . 2014 is going to be a year of change for me. 2013 has brought me a lot of joy, pain, frustration and plentiful of enriching experiences. So, the first step towards that change is going out of that comfort zone. A lot of successful people often said that we only start growing outside of our comfort zones. This include doing things that you wouldn't normally do. Being more active, taking challenges which at first we may feel extremely uncomfortable. This is a must for me. quoting from Tony Robbins "hour of power " audio, Robbins quoted from another speaker; "expand by demand". This statement really intrigued me. A sudden realization of something I should have known for a long time. When we put demands on our life, we expand. That's all there to it. For example, a bodybuilder builds his muscle by pushing through heavy loads of resistance everyday, and by pushing through that demand that was being given to him, his muscle grew !

So, back to writing, as I was ranting about the expanding stuff, I also realize that writing allows me to enforce particular ideas or belief. This is especially true if you are passionate about that particular idea you are writing. The way I see it, the more I write about it, the more the brain accepts it and you tend to believe it more.

What I hope to gain/ my outcome from writing blogs:

  • I hope to improve my composition skills as I blog. Please be kind to grammar or syntax mistakes in the future :D
  • I hope to write better in terms of able to express my ideas and opinions and hopefully take my writing skills to the next step.
I don't have the answers as to why write a blog, but, I do know my reasons why should I do it. Adios
